As a team leader in electrical engineering at Infranord, you have personnel responsibility for the electrical engineers in your work group. You take your own initiatives and are a good role model who engages and motivates.

You are responsible for ensuring that electrical installations are designed, planned, and controlled according to Infranord's quality system self-control program for electrical installation work.

On behalf of and together with the Site Manager, you participate in tender preparation and project planning as well as their implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you need to have an approved high school education in electrical/energy. You have experience in contract work and preferably in the railway industry. A B driver's license is a must. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious:

• Connection leader contact line
• Knowledge in EL-VIS cable calculation program
• Authorization from the Electrical Safety Authority
• It is advantageous if you have had personnel responsibility before, but the most important thing is that you enjoy creating good and respectful relationships.
