About the workplace

Home Care Area South 3 has its office located at Landskronavägen 23 in Helsingborg. Here you belong to a team but primarily work independently when you meet our customers living in Mörarp, Påarp, Ättekulla, and Bårslöv. We work with a strong focus on development and quality, and with us, you will have several wonderful colleagues to solve our common mission together.

Job responsibilities

Your workday always starts at the unit's premises. From here, you travel by car, on your own, or together with colleagues, to the customers' homes, following a work card that describes the services to be performed. You cycle to customers living in the local area.

With a health-promoting approach, you provide care in the form of personal support based on individual needs and conditions in the customers' homes. You primarily work independently and provide care in the form of personal care, assistance during meals, social interaction, and more. You also perform tasks delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist, such as training interventions, medication handover, and wound dressing.

In your work, you use various digital tools, and you use your work phone to view your work card, digital locks, and find necessary routines.

We work with fixed care contacts, and the job responsibilities also include documentation.

Qualifications

To proceed in the recruitment process, you need to be a trained care assistant, have basic computer skills, and experience in documentation. The position requires you to perform delegated tasks, be comfortable working with various digital tools, and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you need to have a B driver's license, be able to cycle, and be comfortable navigating by bicycle, even in busy environments.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in home care or are familiar with Phoniro, LifeCare, and Appva.

Other information

In home care in the City of Helsingborg, you work on a schedule where working hours are allocated either during the day or evening. We are now looking for a team member for daytime work with hours between 06:45-15:15. The schedule you receive may change if the needs of the organization change.
