Welcome to Norrevång, a special accommodation within Tomelilla Municipality, where we together create safety and care around the clock for our elderly citizens. Here, we work with a person-centered approach and put the needs of the residents at the center. Our elderly residents have a dementia diagnosis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As night staff, you will provide good care, security, and service to our residents during the night. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing person-centered care based on each individual's needs and wishes
• Supervision and care
• Documentation according to applicable routines
• Collaboration with colleagues within the team and relatives
• Alarm management
• Assisting with meals, hygiene, and medication management
• Creating safety and structure in everyday life for people with dementia

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is calm, responsible, and secure in your professional role
• Can work independently but also contribute to good teamwork
• Has computer skills and preferably experience with documentation in the combine system

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in special accommodation
• Experience with dementia
• Delegation within health and medical care
• Low-arousal approach
