Do you want to work in a central role where you can combine planning, problem-solving, and collaboration close to production?

As a production planner with our client, you play a central role in ensuring that production flows according to plan and that the right materials are in place at the right time. You work closely with production management, logistics, quality, and operators in daily operations.

You are responsible for planning and follow-up of production in both the short and long term. The work involves setting goals for the day and week, following up results, and handling challenges that arise. Through a proactive approach, you ensure that production orders start on time and that materials and resources are available.

The role also involves dialogue with internal functions, external suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure that planning works throughout the production chain. Together with production management, you plan and follow up on daily production, analyze results, and adjust planning as needed.

The work also includes administrative tasks such as follow-up, reporting, and analysis in various systems, including Excel, Lobby, and Qlik.

In this role, you are expected to take responsibility, be solution-oriented, and contribute to good collaboration with a focus on delivery and quality.

• Ensure that production orders are started and completed correctly
• Continuously plan and follow up production
• Ensure availability of materials and consumables
• Inventory and analysis of stock value
• Planning and dialogue with subcontractors
• Collaboration with logistics, production, and quality
• Follow-up and reporting of production results

Part of the work takes place in production where you follow up on daily operations and check goals and outcomes together with the team.

• Has experience in production planning, production, or logistics
• Is familiar with planning tools or business systems (experience with IFS is highly meritorious)
• Has good analytical skills and enjoys working in a structured manner
• Is communicative and has an easy time collaborating with different functions

It is advantageous if you have a combination of experience in production planning and logistics.

Working hours: Office hours 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with flexible hours
Location: Linköping, Malmslätt, primarily on-site work with the possibility to work remotely a few days a week
