We at Attendo are now looking for a licensed nurse for our facility Spadvägen in Älvsjö. Attendo Spadvägen is a nursing home focused on Culture & Leisure. The facility has 74 apartments distributed across five departments. Our nursing staff works around the clock together with group leaders, nurses during the day, a mobile nursing team in the evenings/nights/weekends, and a rehab team on-site five days a week. We work as a team to create a safe and stimulating care environment.

About the role As a nurse with us in our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, but you will also be the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions take place in the facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You will have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operations.

As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant, and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team that works to empower the individual.

Main responsibilities

• Medication management

• Work in national quality registers

• Supervision of nursing staff

• Nursing responsibility for patients

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating nursing tasks to healthcare staff and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse

• At least two years of professional experience, preferably in elderly care

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

• Driving license B

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience from working in private care services

• Experience in supervision

• Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
