Property Manager

We are strengthening our team in technical management and are now looking for a property manager who will be responsible for the daily operations of our properties.

The position includes tasks such as:

Regular property services such as troubleshooting, exterior maintenance,

repairs, and rounds. You will work independently but also as part of a

team where everyone takes shared responsibility for the challenges we

face and contributes to being a good landlord.

Your profile:

• We are looking for someone who has worked in property services for at least 3 years and can
• work independently.
• We believe you have education in
• property technology and/or KY education with a focus on
• property management/operations/administration or equivalent relevant
• work experience.
• Experience in construction work and familiarity with performing tasks
• involving electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work is an advantage.
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You are used
• to quickly switching between different tasks, prioritizing, and solving
• problems under high pressure.
• Have a B driver's license.
