As a Production Engineer, you will be part of a team that works at the intersection of design, production, and after-sales. You will belong to a group consisting of production engineers, preparers, task managers, planners, and after-sales specialists. The team is characterized by an open culture and a mix of both experienced and newly recruited employees.

There is no regular series production here; each project has its own technical challenges and requires creative thinking. You will work closely with designers to ensure that the design is manufacturable and complies with applicable regulations. The role also involves contacts with suppliers as well as the development and review of documentation and simpler technical texts, such as service and maintenance instructions. 

• Be the technical contact point between design, production, and suppliers
• Participate in preparation work and documentation related to technical processes
• Support designers in areas such as manufacturability, material selection, and electrical concepts
• Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods within the production area

• Has a YH or university degree in production, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• Has at least one year of experience in industry, production, or manufacturing
• Is structured, technically broad, and thrives in a changing environment
• Communicates well and collaborates effortlessly with different functions

It is not necessary, but advantageous if you have:

• Experience with CAD tools, preferably CATIA
• Experience in electrical, design, or preparation
• Knowledge of documentation and technical writing

This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations at any given time. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site.
