Regardless of your interests or goals, you are always welcome here. We are now looking for a property caretaker to join our operations in Hässleholm and Östra Göinge.

As a property caretaker at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those who work closest to the customer together with a team that includes project managers, technical managers, and operations technicians. You are responsible for maintaining good contacts with the customer and are the natural point of contact for both the customer and the business. The work is varied and social.

Make a Difference with Us

Your main tasks include apartment inspections, supervision, cleaning, and maintenance according to the management agreement with our customers, but other property caretaker tasks also occur, such as repairs, cleaning, and outdoor environment management. The customers mainly consist of care homes, secure housing, and commercial customers such as grocery stores. You are part of the team working on all tasks. Together, you and your group plan the daily work efficiently. Administration, time reporting, and work order management are also part of the role. You will also work with unit managers at care homes, resident, and board contacts.

Contribute with Your Skills and Commitment

We are looking for someone who is driven and used to solving problems quickly, as operations in the properties must be able to continue. You must enjoy finding solutions, coordinating various efforts, and communicating with many different stakeholders. In other words, you are self-driven and proactive.

If you have experience with apartment inspections, that is a plus. Training in fall protection and lift certification is also a plus but not a requirement.

You should have a positive attitude towards your work, our customers, and your colleagues. You are practical, enjoy meeting people, and delivering service with a warm smile.

You are unpretentious and willing to perform the tasks needed for the business to function.

As a person, you thrive in working both independently and in collaboration with the team. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and can structure your work effectively.

You have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. The mobile phone is an important work tool. It is where we communicate and where you keep track of your email, manage time reporting, and so on.

You have a B driver's license and are experienced in driving with a trailer.

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Hässleholm, and the work area for the position is Östra Göinge. There may also be work in other locations within the market area. A service vehicle will be provided.
