About the Workplace

We are now looking for summer substitutes in the Property and Facility department. Here you will work as a janitor in the Health and Care Administration, where you will be responsible for service and operations in our properties. Our largest clients are our nursing homes for the elderly, where we assist the operations with everything from waste management, delivery of medications, moving furniture, and setting up shelves, etc.

Job Responsibilities

Our primary mission is to ensure that our clients receive the very best care we can offer. Even if you are not the one performing those tasks, you provide our licensed staff with the conditions for just that. You relieve the nursing staff where you can by handling waste management, minor repairs, reporting issues to property owners, and essentially whatever is needed for the building and operations to run as smoothly as possible.

You will be assigned one or more properties that will be your responsibility to manage, patrol, and assist the staff based on their needs. We use a case management system to structure our work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant high school education, preferably focused on more practical subjects. If you have work experience from trades or service occupations, this is an advantage. We see you as a true team player who is willing to jump in where needed and who genuinely wants to provide the best service to our operations.

A driving license (B) is a requirement.

Additional Information

The monthly salary for the position is around 27,000 SEK. We apply individual salary setting, and the offered monthly salary is based on education, experience, and competence. Permanent full-time employment, a probationary period may be applied.
