The Role of Service Technician

Are you an experienced, driven, and committed service technician with a natural talent for problem-solving in more complex tasks? Then you have the opportunity to play an important role in a growing company with good development opportunities.

As a service technician at Frontpac, you will work in a team with existing service technicians, the production manager, and production leaders.

The work is varied and independent, with a significant technical content, and includes:

·       Planning and execution of repairs and preventive maintenance on our machines.

·       Development and modification of existing equipment.

·       Planning and organizing the spare parts inventory and making purchases in consultation with the production manager.

·       Responsibility for a portion of property maintenance.

·       Being the liaison contact with machine suppliers and machine operators.

Are you the one we are looking for?

To fit the role, you need to have several years of experience as a service technician, preferably within the manufacturing industry. You should be structured and meticulous, as well as have good communication skills and a desire to develop.

Since some of the maintenance work is handled by external suppliers, we place great importance on cost awareness in you as a service technician. You should also have a good ability to plan your work as cost-effectively as possible.

Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as well as a B driver's license, are required for the position.

Our machines operate around the clock, every day of the week, and therefore you must be prepared to work evenings and weekends on a few occasions.
