About the role:

As an operations technician, you will be responsible for supervision, maintenance, and technical follow-up of the property's installations. You will work both preventively and remedially, playing an important role in ensuring optimal operation, energy efficiency, and a good indoor climate by:

• Performing supervision, maintenance, and technical control of property technical installations such as electricity, ventilation, heating, cooling, sprinklers, and control systems
• Carrying out and following up on remedial maintenance and analyzing the impact on operation, energy, and indoor climate
• Working with and optimizing technical systems to improve the property's performance
• Ensuring that operation and maintenance meet regulatory requirements, local requirements, and CBRE's requirements for quality, safety, and sustainability
• Participating in troubleshooting and actions during operational disturbances
• Documenting actions and working according to established routines and processes
• Representing CBRE towards clients and managing supplier contacts

Who are you?

You have:

• Very good knowledge of property technology and technical installations
• Good understanding of how technical systems work and how they are used to optimize the property's performance
• 3-year vocational education with a professional qualification or vocational competence and at least five years of documented work experience in the role
• Good understanding of supervision and maintenance measures and how remedial maintenance affects the property's operation, energy, and indoor climate
• Good system familiarity and experience with operational or maintenance systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Category B driving license
• It is an advantage if you have a certificate for Hot Work
• A criminal record extract is required
