Specialist Nurse Assistant for Home Care in Partille Municipality

The role requires higher demands for independence, digital security, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once – without losing the human connection.

You will work closely with another specialist nurse assistant, near clients in their homes providing personal care, daily support, and respectful interaction. The role includes:

• Installation and implementation of security alarms and welfare technology
• Digital home care visits
• Pre-programming and installation of medication dispensers
• Identification and development of new working methods
• Care, nursing, and service interventions in home care
• Social documentation and action plans
• Reflection and guidance within the team
• Development of working methods related to interaction and structure

Qualifications
Trained specialist nurse assistant
Excellent Swedish in speech and writing
Knowledge of low-arousal approaches
Experience in guidance
Driver's license (B)
Very good digital competence
Several years of experience in home care

Important to know
To be called for an interview, you must present a passing grade in Swedish 1 at the high school level or Swedish as a second language 1. If this is missing, you will need to take a digital language test. The test is conducted with identification via Bank-ID.
