Are you a self-driven care assistant who wants to contribute to the development of the Emergency Alarm service in Kungälv? Then we have the position for you!
At the Emergency Alarm service, we support users in regular housing throughout the municipality. Our goal is to create modern and value-creating workplaces to meet future challenges. We strive to offer a meaningful life for our users, where safety, self-determination, and integrity are the focus.
We are now looking for two care assistants, one for day/evening and one for night shifts.
Responsibilities
As a care assistant at the Emergency Alarm service, you will respond to urgent alarms and address various situations that may arise at the individual’s home. You will also carry out planned interventions for the users. You will meet many new people and need to be prepared for unforeseen events.
Your workplace will largely be the user's home, which means you must consider each person's privacy. You will work both independently and in a team and have access to a car to quickly travel between different parts of Kungälv. In your role, you will also have a task involving leadership in handling emergency cases.

Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant.
- Protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate proving that you were permanently employed with the title care assistant as of July 1, 2023.
- Experience from home care or emergency alarms.
- Technical skills.
- You must have a B driver's license and good driving experience.
- You should be interested in working with development and change, have good collaboration skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing and good computer skills are required.
- It is important that you have a positive view of people, a strong commitment, a sense of responsibility, and focus on the individual needs of the users.
- You should have the ability and confidence to lead and make independent decisions.
