The Social Administration is responsible for providing support, care, and assistance to people at different stages of life. We work based on the individual's needs and offer services that are based on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS), and the Health and Medical Care Act.

This can involve providing the elderly with a safe and meaningful everyday life, supporting people with disabilities, or being there for children, youth, and adults in vulnerable life situations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work with something that really matters? As a nursing assistant with us, you will play an important role in providing support, security, and quality of life to people in different life situations. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in people's everyday lives while being part of a professional and caring organization.

As a nursing assistant, you will provide care and social support to individuals in need. You will work based on individual implementation plans and be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on interventions that promote the user's independence, security, and well-being.

Your tasks will include:

• Personal care and support in daily life
• Health and medical care tasks as delegated
• Documentation according to applicable guidelines
• Support for relatives and collaboration with colleagues and other professionals

The work can take place in various types of operations, both within regular housing, special housing for the elderly, and short-term housing for the elderly. Work takes place during the day, evenings, and weekends, depending on the needs of the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a nursing assistant, you need a combination of professional knowledge, responsibility, and respectful interaction. You enjoy collaborating but are also comfortable working independently. Your commitment and sensitivity to the needs of others are crucial for success in the role.

We also see that you have:

• Approved nursing assistant education with proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Ability to document according to applicable routines
• Experience in elderly care is an advantage
• A driving license or cycling experience may be required depending on the operation.
