Job Advertisement: Nurse in Night Team

We are now looking for someone interested in working as a nurse in our night team within municipal primary care (home healthcare) in Falkenberg municipality. You will work closely with nursing staff at special housing and in the Security Team, covering the entire Falkenberg municipality.

In municipal primary care (home healthcare), nurses, district nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, pharmacists, nursing assistants, assistants, and managers work together. We work in teams to meet the patient's needs for an independent life with good quality of life. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse/district nurse, you will work for good and safe care for our citizens who are enrolled in municipal primary care (home healthcare), living in ordinary housing or in one of the municipality's residences. In Falkenberg municipality, we have somatic care, short-term housing, day activities, and dementia units.

In your work, you will go out on planned and unplanned healthcare assignments during on-call hours. Your work will be varied, involving clinical assessments and healthcare assignments via phone or on-site with the patient.

The night schedule is only 70%, with the possibility to extend your service with other shifts in the evenings.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse. It is an advantage if you have further education in district nursing, geriatrics, or psychiatry, but it is not a requirement. A valid B driver's license is required for the position.
