About the Position

The work takes place in ordinary housing. In your role, you assess activity capacity and ensure that the patient has the right aids prescribed and adapted to individual needs. You assist in writing certificates when the patient wishes to apply for housing adaptation grants. You guide and educate care staff to create a safe and rehabilitative working method. Together with physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff, you find solutions that create a holistic approach to care – focusing on making everyday life easier and contributing to preserving and strengthening the elderly's functions, health, and well-being.

We are looking for someone who:

Is a licensed occupational therapist. We see a need for you to have experience working in home healthcare. As a person, you are mature, stable, cooperative, attentive, and communicative, and you work professionally with colleagues, residents, and relatives. You are flexible, can prioritize tasks, and can plan your day. You enjoy working in a team as we work cross-professionally and strive for high quality. We work in an open environment and gladly share our knowledge and help each other with the vision that everyone should have the opportunity to live a good independent life, regardless of age or disability.
