We are now looking for both junior and experienced project coordinators to strengthen our experienced consulting group in the Infrastructure department in Stockholm. The key to our success is our competent employees and our corporate culture based on creativity and collaboration. Together, we work on both large national community development projects and the expansion of municipal infrastructure.

Norconsult's Infrastructure department in Stockholm consists of over 20 experienced consultants working in the development and expansion of infrastructure. The department consists of three groups: Project Coordination, Road/Street/Land, and Surveying Technology. The department is part of Norconsult's nationwide business unit Road, Street & Land, and through this organization, we are also active in projects throughout Sweden. We offer services in the investigation and design of roads, streets, and public land, project coordination, surveying technology, and geodesy.

In our projects, we work throughout the project cycle, from very early planning stages, investigations, and feasibility studies, through the design of program, system, and construction documents, including the preparation of tender documents and support during construction.

The demand for project coordination services is high, and we are now seeking reinforcement for both junior and experienced project coordinators. We currently have several ongoing community development projects where we need to strengthen our organization; we are, among other things, framework agreement suppliers of design services to the City of Stockholm and several surrounding municipalities.

You will work on projects independently and/or together with several experienced and competent designers, technical managers, design leaders, and project managers, thus giving you the opportunity to develop in your profession and career while actively contributing to achieving the department's goals and good results.

As a project coordinator with us, we hope you have an interest in taking overall responsibility in the technical area of project coordination. You will work throughout the assignment process, from feasibility studies, program documents, and system documents to the establishment of tender documents and construction documents.

You are used to working independently or in a group and have the desire to take a leading role in your projects. Your communication skills will be crucial when collaborating with other designers and technical disciplines in our projects. You will work on assignments in all our market areas and in projects across the country.

Your profile as a junior

We welcome you who are at the beginning of your career. You have a relevant university, college, or vocational education in civil engineering or similar, with good academic results. You have recently graduated or have one or a few years of work experience.

We consider it an advantage if you can demonstrate experience and interest in a specific area such as software for CAD/BIM, data coordination, experience with AMA/MER Construction, or similar.

Your profile as an experienced professional

We are looking for someone who has previously worked in infrastructure projects. You either have a background as a designer of technical facilities or a dedicated project coordinator background with at least 2 years of experience in the design of land, water, or other types of underground utilities. You have good knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Novapoint or Civil 3D. Knowledge of AMA/MER Construction and a local network in the industry is considered a strong advantage.
