Are you a licensed psychologist looking to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening the healthy and providing people with tools to manage the challenges of working life, such as stress and conflicts. Falck is now seeking a colleague for a fixed-term employment until the end of the year - an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door of occupational health care!
We who welcome you are a friendly team of 26 people with a wide range of professional categories. The unit is stable and well-functioning, conveniently located from E18 with beautiful natural surroundings, just a stone's throw from Klarälven and a 20-minute walk to the city center.
Your work will primarily consist of support conversations where you meet a motivated clientele eager to move forward. In this role, you will have the chance to work proactively and see the direct effects of your efforts, both for individuals and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver to both local and national clients, both digitally and physically, providing interesting variation in your job and exposing you to a variety of cultures and individuals.
What you need to succeed in the role:
- License as a psychologist
- Experience in support conversations and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
- Swedish and English in spoken and written form
- Driver's license (B)
- Good computer skills and interest, preferably experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods.

Other:
Fixed-term full-time employment until the end of 2026/2027. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding weekends. The work is performed physically on-site.
The position may involve travel to clients and Falck units in the local area as needed, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably your own car for work.
