We are now looking for summer interns for our unit in Norrköping during the period of June to August (shorter periods may also be relevant).

We have about 100 employees, one regional manager, 2 unit managers, and 3 assistant unit managers who do their best for our customers every day. We are located in fresh premises on Drottninggatan in central Norrköping.

You will visit our customers in their homes and support them in their daily lives. The tasks are varied and may include:

• personal care and hygiene

• cleaning

• shopping

• laundry

• meals

• walks

Of course, documentation according to applicable legal requirements is also included – we will teach you how.

We are looking for someone who:

• has education in health and care or is studying a health profession (e.g., nursing assistant, nurse, doctor, physiotherapist, social worker, or occupational therapist)

• preferably has experience in elderly care or home care (but it is not a requirement)

• has a B driver's license

• has good knowledge of Swedish

As a person, you are:

• service-oriented and caring

• confident in working both independently and in a team

• calm even when the pace increases

• curious, responsible, and not afraid to ask questions

💬 Many choose to continue with us as substitutes after their summer internship. Students who work with us value the experiences they gain by working with the elderly and meeting so many different people.

• Fixed-term employment: full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

• Working hours: day and/or evening and/or weekend

• Period: mainly June to August (shorter substitutes are also possible)

AdeoCare is a privately owned care company founded in 2011. Our operations are dementia-focused, and we work based on the palliative care philosophy of the Silvia Sisters.
