About the role

As a Floor Host, you will be the customer's face to the outside world and thus play a very important role in creating a positive atmosphere and a good experience in the workplace. With your strong sense of service, you contribute to making our customer's workday worry-free and delivering world-class service!

As a Floor Host, you will work with many varied tasks. You will work in different environments and therefore we place great importance on personal and unpretentious engagement as well as your ability to notice and resolve arising situations. The role also requires that you have good collaboration skills as we work as a team.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Mail and goods handling, management and ordering of office supplies and aids
• Reception and serving of simple refreshments
• Administration and reporting of faults
• Supervision of meeting rooms, conference equipment, printers, and other office equipment. Ordering and replenishing office supplies and consumables
• Supervision and reporting of common areas
• Handling of service vehicles - requirement for a B driver's license

The assignment is conducted within the framework of an integrated service solution where, in addition to your areas of responsibility, you are expected to assist with other areas within operational service. We are looking for someone who is unpretentious and wants to take responsibility for the entire office operation and who appreciates a varied job.

The position is full-time and a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Location: Luleå.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has experience from one or more of these professions: Reception, conference host, hotel, janitorial, retail, or other professions with high service demands. In addition, you have computer skills and a high school education. Experience in handling IT or janitorial tasks is an advantage.

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. You have good communication skills and communicate fluently in Swedish and English/alternatively master English in both speech and writing.

The Swedish Transport Administration is a Swedish authority responsible for the long-term planning of infrastructure for road traffic, rail traffic, shipping, and aviation.
