Job Responsibilities

As a psychologist, you will split your time between the brain injury team in outpatient care and rehabilitation on the ward. You will perform neuropsychological assessments and investigations and participate in planning the patients' rehabilitation.

The work involves conveying knowledge about brain injuries to patients, relatives, and staff, and offering individual treatments as needed. Your role is central to the team's work, and you will have significant responsibility while collaborating closely with other professionals.

The Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic is a specialist clinic where several professions work together to provide the best possible rehabilitation for patients with acquired injuries to the central nervous system. We have occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, speech therapists, psychologists, doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants, and the psychologist's expertise is an important part of the whole.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed psychologist who has an interest in the brain and neuropsychology. Experience in neuropsychological work is an advantage, as are advanced courses in neuropsychology and psychological testing.

The role involves a lot of personal responsibility and requires you to be confident in your professional role. You enjoy collaborating in a team and actively contribute your expertise where it is most beneficial. You communicate clearly and can adapt information so that it is understandable and useful for both patients and colleagues.

Employment Conditions

Permanent position, full-time. Daytime work Monday to Friday.

Start date according to agreement.
