Are you my new friend?
I am a 65-year-old man in need of assistance around the clock. At certain times of the day, I require double assistance, which means that being a team player is essential. I cannot speak for myself, but with time and attentiveness, you will learn to understand me. I live in my own house in a rural setting.

You are empathetic and trustworthy, with the ability to understand my life and needs. Since you will be working in a small team, flexibility is something I value highly. It is important to me that you are honest, kind, and caring, as you will be working very closely with me and my other assistants.

I need support with transfers, and you should have good physical fitness to help me with various daily tasks. I also enjoy being outdoors, visiting cafes and restaurants in my area, as well as cycling, horseback riding, and swimming. Your job will be to accompany me in everything I do, and I can offer a varied role that includes household chores at home and joining me in my various activities. I have my own car, so a driver's license is a requirement. I also expect you to be smoke-free and able to cook, and preferably enjoy baking as I love to have coffee breaks :)

The position is a part-time employment, extra as needed during the absence of regular assistants, e.g., illness and vacation. The shifts are divided into day, evening, and night shifts. There is paid introduction where you will shadow an experienced assistant. Interviews and hiring will occur continuously.
