Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is humble, attentive, engaged, and has a strong sense of responsibility. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with our male client in his 25s who resides in Skultorp
• our client is primarily looking for a female personal assistant
• has very good knowledge of Swedish
• has experience/training in similar work

It is also meritorious if you:

• are a nursing assistant or have extensive experience in similar work
• have experience with autism and EP
• have experience communicating with the help of visual support and signs
• share the client's interests in walks in all weather.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 90%. Day shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM, on-call between 12 AM and 6 AM. Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday. During an 8-week period, you will work 2 day shifts from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are made according to collective agreements.
