As a personal assistant, you need to have empathy and respect for the person you are working for. The profession demands high levels of flexibility, responsibility, and commitment. Your ability to work based on the customer's focus and wishes is crucial for your suitability as a personal assistant.

We need to strengthen our team for one of our clients in Borås with round-the-clock assistance/waking night shifts.

You who are applying should be ambitious and genuinely interested in working with other people and see this as a long-term assignment. You should feel that you can naturally blend into an already existing cheerful work team.

You who are applying need to be a positive, creative, happy person with an inner calm. Have a good work ethic & good collaboration skills. If you are a nursing assistant, trained personal assistant, and have experience/knowledge of EP, it is an advantage but not a requirement; we consider personal chemistry and suitability equally important.

As communication and safety are of utmost importance, it is a requirement that you speak Swedish fluently.

For us, it is important that you, just like the customer, feel safe when you start your employment. Therefore, we offer shadowing with regular staff until you feel ready.

To ensure the customer's safety and security, we require a background check from you who are to be employed before you can start working. You will order a background check according to LSS from the police yourself. The processing time can take up to two weeks.
