As a business-driven project manager, you will be a central force in our growth journey; you lead the teams, build long-term customer relationships, and ensure that our projects are delivered with the highest quality and profitability.

• Lead projects from tender to final delivery, with full responsibility for finances, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction

• Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities

• Drive tender processes, follow up on offers, and negotiate business terms

• Plan, organize, and follow up on projects – both in detail and from a future perspective

• Collaborate closely with project teams, estimators, and management to ensure that projects meet set goals

• Maintain a clear dialogue with customers, partners, and subcontractors

• Follow up on results, analyze experiences, and contribute to developing processes for the future

We are looking for a confident leader with a business drive and a keen sense for customer relationships. You have the ability to keep the big picture in mind while also seeing the details that make a difference.

We prefer that you have:

• Experience as a project manager in the construction or contracting industry, preferably within surface layers and painting

• Good understanding of finances, contracts, and tender processes (LOU/FKU and framework agreements are advantageous)

• Strength in negotiation and the ability to build long-term trust with customers and partners

• Experience working in a structured manner, following up on results, and driving projects to completion with quality and profitability

• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude, as well as a willingness to be part of developing something great

Relevant experiences may include work with total contracts, public procurements, or industrial projects within surface layers/painting.
