Nephrology outpatient care includes investigation, treatment, and care of complicated cases of kidney disease. The section conducts extensive research and development work. We have a Dialysis Clinic that receives patients with dialysis-requiring kidney disease of acute or chronic nature. At the Dialysis unit, we perform several different types of dialysis treatments.

The unit also includes our self-dialysis, which specializes in training patients to manage their own dialysis. We aim to drive the future of care forward, focusing on self-care. We offer a stimulating job with the opportunity to provide good nursing supported by competent and experienced colleagues. Today, the HHD clinic consists of four nurses.

Are you our new outpatient nurse? We are now looking for a new colleague for our Home Hemodialysis (HHD) team in Sundsvall. The position is a permanent employment, with start as soon as possible or by agreement.

Job Responsibilities

The main responsibilities are to

• Educate and support
• Plan and organize care around the patient as well as home visits
• Follow up on patients starting dialysis treatment at home
• Work independently within the team with responsibility for a certain number of patients

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has a B driver's license
