We offer you the opportunity to train as an Intensive Care Nurse through our aspirant program.

The specialist care is responsible for specialized care in the county. The administration is organized into several county operations based on different medical specialties. Our hospital locations are Sundsvall, Sollefteå, and Örnsköldsvik. The County Operations Anesthesia, Surgery, and Intensive Care are now looking for a nurse for the aspirant program for Intensive Care at the Intensive Care Unit in Örnsköldsvik. We have about 35 employees in our department. We are a stable workgroup with good collaboration between professional categories that we cherish.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

The aspirant program is a structured onboarding program where you, as a trained nurse, are offered a position with us in the administration. You will follow a program where you gradually handle more complex tasks as your knowledge increases, and you will receive internal training during this time.

You will initially work alongside a supervising Intensive Care Nurse in a cross-professional team consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, anesthesiologists, and physiotherapists.

The work as an Intensive Care Nurse is varied and stimulating. There is constant development within intensive care, and the advanced medical technology is a stimulating factor.

When you further your education to become an Intensive Care Nurse, there is an opportunity for study salary during your studies. Once your education is completed, you will be employed in our department.
