Tullbackagården is a nursing home located in the city center near Lake Nora. The residence consists of five departments spread over two floors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant, you will work together with colleagues in the unit and be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the users based on a person-centered approach. We use implementation plans, care, and rehabilitation plans to assist us.

You are expected to work towards set goals, take responsibility for various areas of responsibility, and follow applicable routines and guidelines. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the team.

You should have a good ability and willingness to create good relationships with users and their relatives. It is important for us that you work both independently and in a group. You should be able to adapt in your work and prioritize according to current conditions. Preparing for the arrival of a new user may involve needing to set up and prepare at short notice to ensure a good reception.

Your working hours are scheduled for 37 hours/week, distributed over days/evenings and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and preferably has previous experience in care and nursing work. Experience in rehabilitation work and knowledge of advanced nursing tasks, as well as experience with tasks delegated by a nurse, is desirable.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

The organization uses digital tools, and it is an advantage if you have worked with MCSS, VIVA, Tunstall.
