About the Workplace

Welcome to Lindhultsgården! We are Örebro Municipality's smallest special housing with three departments and 24 residents. Our size creates a family-like atmosphere for both us who work here and the residents. Our residence is located in Adolfsberg in a quiet and nature-close area, and the house with its well-used garden gives a homely feeling.

We base our work on the values of care and support, which means that our residents should be able to live their lives in the way that feels right for them – with respect for their background, present, and future. We listen, we support, and we advocate for each person's right to decide over their own everyday life.

Our residence is also Star Marked, a quality stamp from the Swedish Dementia Center. This means that the staff has basic knowledge of dementia diseases and tools to work person-centered according to the National Guidelines from the National Board of Health and Welfare. As a new employee with us, you will also undergo training.
