District Nurse/Nurse Needed for Husläkarmottagningen Johannes SLSO.

Husläkarmottagningen Johannes is a pleasant clinic in Vasastan with approximately 10,000 registered patients. Here, there is a secure and close-knit group of seven district nurses. We have worked together for a long time and enjoy each other's company. Now we need more district nurses/nurses who can step in when needed, which is why we are looking for new colleagues!

Husläkarmottagningen Johannes is part of the Stockholm County Health Care Area (SLSO), the region-owned primary care in Stockholm. Our main focus is on providing high-quality care and a good working environment for all employees. Together, we take responsibility for our patients and for each other.

Job Responsibilities:

• We offer varied tasks typical for a district nurse/nurse at a health center.
• You will work alternately in home care and at the clinic or solely in one of these settings. There is some opportunity to tailor the assignment based on previous experience. The catchment area is small with walking distance between patients. The clinic has a home care physician who is responsible for all home care patients.
• The clinic work includes telephone advice in TeleQ, emergency clinic, and scheduled appointments.

Qualifications:

You must be a licensed nurse. Experience in home care and/or at a health center, as well as familiarity with the TakeCare journal system, is an advantage.

Since we are located in the city center and conduct home visits on foot or by bicycle, a driver's license is not required for this position.

• employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which will be conducted through occupational health services before employment.
• in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
