Production Leader for Weekend Shift

At Swedish Plastic Recycling, we have decided that all plastic packaging in our country should be recycled and turned into new plastic products. We operate Europe’s most efficient sorting facility. With groundbreaking technology and doubled capacity, Site Zero creates the conditions to recycle all our producer customers' plastic packaging and enables circular plastic flows - without negative climate impact.

We are forming a strong team that works to make the vision a reality. We are now taking the next step to expand our organization and are looking for someone who wants to join us on the journey as a production leader for a weekend shift.

About the position

As a production leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing your shift team and ensuring stable, safe, and efficient production.

Role Description

You will:

• Lead and distribute the daily work in the shift team
• Ensure staffing and rotation between stations
• Continuously follow up on production and act proactively to achieve set goals
• Make decisions in daily work and escalate issues as needed
• Report results at daily management meetings
• Ensure that the facility is cleaned and maintained according to routines
• Be responsible for ensuring that protective equipment is used and that safety procedures are followed
• Actively work on improvement efforts together with your team and the rest of the organization
• Collaborate closely with other functions within the company

The role includes personnel responsibility as well as work environment and approval responsibility according to delegation.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in work leadership within industry, production, or similar operations
• Good understanding of production flows and monitoring of key performance indicators
• Experience in work environment efforts
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
