This is a role that is 90% operational management. – you are on the floor, in the pulse, together with your team and the guests.

As a Pool Club Supervisor:

• You lead by being present in the operation

• You coach in the moment and ensure service and quality

• You drive sales and guest experience in real-time

Administration and follow-up are part of the role, but your main arena is operations.

Operational management & guest experience (main focus)

• Ensure the highest level of service and quality every day

• Actively work with guest feedback and NPS

• Handle challenges and complaints professionally

• Drive upselling and inspire the team to strong sales results

• Be a visible and energizing leader in the operation

Leadership & team development

• Coach and develop the team in daily work

• Ensure that routines, SOPs, and checklists are followed

• Introduce and support new employees

• Contribute to high employee satisfaction (ENPS)

Operations & structure

• Ensure the right staffing based on booking levels

• Manage orders, inventory, and cash reconciliations

• Follow up on key figures and actively work on improvements

You are an operational leader who:

• Thrives best where the action is, on the floor with the team and guests

• Leads by example and engagement

• Has at least 3 years of experience in service, hotel, and restaurant

• Is structured but flexible

• Is business-driven and sees the connection between service, sales, and results

• Dares to challenge and contribute new ideas

You understand that a strong culture is created in everyday life – in the details, in the energy, and in the interaction between people. 

• Employment type: Full-time, 6 months probationary period

• Working hours: Varying – day, evening, and weekend

• Salary: According to agreement

• Start date: As soon as we find the right person
