Smögens Hafvsbad is one of Sweden's most beautiful hotel, conference, and spa facilities, located in Bohuslän on the Swedish west coast. Here you will find 76 hotel rooms spread over two hotel buildings, a spa department with a wide range of treatments, a pool, a hot tub, and a large conference facility, as well as an à la carte restaurant specializing in seafood delicacies.

As a receptionist at Smögens Hafvsbad, you will work with guest service, bookings via phone and email, hosting conferences, and being a resource in other departments as needed, such as assisting with the breakfast buffet.

You should have a genuine sense of service and a strong interest in our guests. You must be flexible, responsible, and a positive person. Experience working under high workloads is an advantage. You must also have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

The work primarily takes place during the day and evening, on weekdays and weekends. There may also be occasional night shifts.

For the summer season, we are looking for 3 positions at 80% each but during different periods;
1 position starting week 23 until mid-September
1 position starting the week of Midsummer until the end of August
1 position starting week 26 until week 33
Start for training and introduction as mentioned above or by agreement.

Monthly salary according to collective agreement.
