  • 150 hotel rooms

  • Two restaurants

  • Six bars

  • Pool Club

  • An ambitious meeting and event operation

Here we create everything from important management meetings and large kick-offs to birthday celebrations and anniversary dinners – always with the guest experience in focus.

About the position – Pool Club Host

As a Pool Club Host, you are our face to the outside world and a key person in the guest experience. You welcome guests, make them feel seen, and contribute together with the team to that special feeling that makes people want to come back – again and again.

You primarily work in the restaurant serving simple food and drinks as well as hosting in the Pool Club. When needed, you also help out in other departments – we work under the philosophy One House – One Team.

Examples of tasks

  • Serve food and drinks at beds and in restaurant settings

  • Ensure that all surfaces and facilities are inviting and ready for each Pool Session

  • Contribute to a welcoming, lively, and relaxed atmosphere – every day

  • Take care of larger groups with personal service and create experiences that exceed expectations

Who are you?

You love meeting people and have an energy that is contagious. No day is the same – and that’s exactly how you want it. You thrive in warmth, pulse, and a tropical environment where the pace is sometimes high.

You are:

  • Flexible, curious, and unpretentious

  • Quick to step in where needed

  • Solution-oriented and responsible

  • Detail-oriented and enjoy giving that little extra

Experience in service or restaurant is an advantage, but your attitude, personality, and willingness to learn are the most important.
