Independent Chef Wanted

We are looking for an independent chef, preferably with extensive experience in restaurants and conferences... Have you also worked in a large kitchen? If so, you should apply for this position. It is important that you feel comfortable working independently while also having good teamwork skills. Working hours are usually from 07:00 to 16:00, but may vary slightly, and there may also be some weekends occasionally as needed.

This is a full-time position.

With us, you will get to know our customers, and our customers will get to know you. Many of our chefs take long-term assignments because it suits them at that time. Other chefs rotate among various customers and support them when their own staff is short/long-term sick, on maternity leave, or otherwise unavailable. You will build your own network.

As a chef with us, it is essential to be flexible and adaptable, have a positive mindset, and be solution-oriented. You need to have a humble approach to your work as tasks may vary from preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, handling dishes, cleaning the kitchen and equipment. You should also enjoy baking and making dough. In other words, typical tasks for a chef, but in different kitchens.

You have:

Documented education from a culinary school, at least at the high school level - large kitchen training or equivalent
Knowledge of food legislation, HACCP, and special diets.
At least 5 years of work experience
You speak and write Swedish fluently.
Good physical condition, as there are heavy lifts and a large kitchen
A valid extract from the police records (you can fill this out here) but it is a prerequisite for employment.
A driver's license is required, and having a car is a plus
