We are looking for you, a newly graduated chef (Junior) or a cold kitchen assistant, or you have worked as a kitchen assistant and want to develop and take the next step. You should be able to prep, read a miss list in the kitchen, maintain a high pace, and also help where needed. This is a unique opportunity for you to network and learn and get into the industry.

We want you to have an education in the restaurant field and preferably some work experience from à la carte or large kitchen. You love cooking and do not think that any task in the workplace is unimportant. You have great professional pride and want to develop within the industry.

We want you to have/be:

• Hotel & restaurant school - At least 1 year or long experience as a kitchen assistant.
• Humble and eager to learn more in the chef profession.
• Early riser and a bit tough.

Permanent position with a rolling schedule. (If you want to work less, we can arrange that too.) But if you want to dive in and feel out working with us, please send in your application. Start date is immediate.
