WHO IS FRAM BEMANNING?

At FRAM, we are completely convinced that working in a restaurant is one of the world's most fun jobs. The energy, the colleagues, and the guests. Working with food and drinks beats dull office jobs and gray administrative tasks in every respect. Counting down the time until we finish is something few Frammers can relate to.

We are a personal staffing company that works with the hotel and restaurant industry and view companies and staff a bit differently. We love our employees and are truly passionate about the restaurant industry.

Of course, we are an authorized staffing company, members of Visita, and connected to collective agreements.

We have successfully taken over large parts of the market in Gothenburg, Malmö, and now FRAM has established itself here in Stockholm with experienced colleagues who know the industry inside and out. We are going all in, taking no prisoners, and intend to become the undisputed best employer for us industry professionals in the hotel and restaurant sector.

WHO ARE YOU?

FRAM is looking for someone who is clean and tidy, has a few years of experience as a kitchen assistant, restaurant assistant, or has worked in various roles and has a bit of knowledge about most things. You don't need to be super qualified or have worked as a server in a fine dining restaurant, but your shoes should be quick, and you are happy to help where needed.

We are looking for someone with some professional knowledge and the right attitude. You don't have to be as overly driven as us quirky folks in the office, but you are enthusiastic, unpretentious, and good people. You are just the right amount of social, alert, and genuinely enjoy working in a restaurant.
