Dining Room Manager for Restaurant & Summer Venues in Stockholm

On behalf of our client Swing by Golfbaren, we are now recruiting a leading service professional for a permanent full-time position. The restaurant, located just a stone's throw from Odenplan, has playfully and invitingly created a meeting place for couples on dates, after-work gatherings, drop-in guests wanting a beer and snacks at the bar, and corporate groups looking to socialize and enjoy good food in a lovely environment. In addition to well-prepared food and selected drinks, the venue offers incredibly fun mini-golf for its visitors.

The dining rooms and bars, spread over three floors, are beautifully decorated in Art Deco style and exude American 1930s charm. During the warm months, the focus shifts to the three summer venues (Kristineberg, Nacka Strand & Aspudden), which also revolve around mini-golf combined with food & drinks.

We expect you, as the applicant, to have previous experience leading operations in a casual dining restaurant during the evenings, including scheduling, purchasing, serving responsibilities, service, and product management. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager regarding planning and structure, but at the summer venues, you will be responsible for operations. You will rotate between the units and spend approximately equal working hours at each unit during the summer. Given this, a driver's license and access to a car are a significant plus.
