We are looking for chefs/cold kitchen staff in Stockholm

We are now looking for two independent chefs/cold kitchen staff for our clients in Stockholm. You should also have experience in large kitchens, as well as in catering and conference kitchens. It is important that you feel comfortable working independently while also having good teamwork skills. This is a permanent full-time position with a rotating schedule.

As a staffing chef, you need to be flexible and adaptable since no workplace is the same. It is important to have a humble approach to your work as tasks may vary from preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, handling dishes, cleaning kitchens and equipment. In other words, typical tasks for a chef, but in different kitchens.

You will be employed by us, and we are your employer. Your job is to go out and assist our various clients who need a skilled chef for a period.

You have:

Documented education from a culinary school, at least at the high school level - large-scale kitchen training or equivalent.
Knowledge of food legislation, HACCP, and special diets.
You speak Swedish fluently as you are part of a safety crew.
At least 5 years of experience from restaurants/hotels/large kitchens.
A valid extract from the police criminal record is a prerequisite for employment.
Swedish in speech and writing is a must, as all instructions and recipes are in Swedish.
