Job Description:

You have further education in diabetes or are a district nurse. The work involves being responsible for diabetes patients, performing annual checks and follow-ups together with doctors. You largely plan your own work. The job requires the ability to work independently and take initiative. Good collaboration skills are highly valued. You play a very important role at the healthcare center.

Familjeläkarna in Storvreten is a family-oriented clinic with about 9,000 registered patients, located in a multicultural community.
