We are looking for an Occupational Therapist for our home rehabilitation team
We are seeking an occupational therapist who wishes to work in a team.
Our home rehabilitation team consists of eight highly experienced therapists (physiotherapists and occupational therapists). The main task will involve meeting patients in their homes, conducting assessments, and developing appropriate rehabilitation plans together with the patient. Our setup also allows for receiving patients at the clinic to some extent, leading groups, or conducting specific patient education, but the majority of the work is home-based. To fit in as an occupational therapist with us, we see that you have the ability to create and maintain good relationships with patients, relatives, and colleagues. You are responsible, self-driven, and can adapt your working methods to the situation.
At Nacka RehabCentrum, all outpatient rehabilitation is gathered under one roof in well-equipped facilities that include a therapy pool, gym, gymnasiums, and a training kitchen. In addition to primary care rehabilitation including a neuro team, lymphedema therapy, chiropractor, and naprapath, we provide specialized physiotherapy in sports medicine, heart and lung diseases, pain, mental health, OMT, and neurology. We have many professional categories, and some rehabilitation occurs in teams. There is a unique opportunity to collaborate with many specialists and other rehabilitation professionals at the same clinic. We have several fixed teams such as Children and Youth and Mental Health. We prioritize high academic competence and have our own R&D group.
This is a workplace for you who are interested in a developing and stimulating job where we put the patient in focus. The future of care requires new working methods and ideas, and we work a lot on improving our operations. A plus is that you see opportunities and want to be part of driving improvement efforts.
We can offer a stimulating, varied, and developing job with personal responsibility. We have flexible working hours, a generous wellness allowance, and free healthcare within primary care. Nacka RehabCentrum has good public transport connections, and we who work here are a cheerful group of 70 people.
