About us

At Aleris Home Care, you are offered a workplace with a good working climate and a well-organized operation where our core values – Responsible, Simple, and Innovative – permeate everything we do. In Basic home care, we work on behalf of regions, municipalities, and private actors and serve as their extended arm when they are closed. This means we perform home care visits in the evenings, nights, and weekends.

The role

As a nurse with us, you have a varied job where you both lead nursing assistants and perform home visits to our patients. The tasks include simpler medical interventions to interventions with advanced medical equipment and technology. We also handle alarms from 1177 and SOS Alarm.

We document in the TakeCare journal system and use Epsilon as a working tool out in the field. With us, you always have a team of administrative staff who help plan and structure the work.

Right now, we are looking for nurses for both of our offices in Västerort. You can either start from our Bromma unit, with an office located at Brommaplan, or our Solna unit with an office in Sollentuna. The patients are within a defined geographical area, and to travel between patient visits, you will use our environmentally classified cars.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse or district nurse with at least two years of experience
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Previous work experience in home care is highly meritorious.

You are professional in your approach and prioritize putting the patient first. You are a positive, engaged, and communicative person who actively wants to contribute to our community and development. You are confident in your professional role, have an easy time collaborating, and possess a broad medical competence. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
