Requirements - Mandatory for consideration as a qualified candidate

• Swedish dental license.
• At least 8 years of experience as a dentist (but for the right candidate, slightly shorter experience may be considered).
• Experience as a dental responsible or having worked with quality issues and education in dentistry.
• Good knowledge of dental support.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious - Desirable, but not required

• More than 8 years of experience as a dentist.
• Responsibility for Lex Maria reports.
• Experience communicating with authorities (e.g., IVO).
• Experience providing feedback on journal entries.

We are looking for an experienced dentist with good clinical skills and knowledge of Swedish dental legislation. You should be a confident leader and mentor, with the ability to create a professional and open work environment.

As the dental responsible, you will work both clinically and develop the clinic's operations in close collaboration with the operations manager, according to Dentalum's guidelines and values. You will plan and lead therapy meetings and act as a mentor for colleagues as needed.

You and the operations manager are responsible for skills development and training initiatives for the staff. An important part of the role is to ensure that contacts with authorities follow Dentalum's guidelines and that you maintain the right competencies according to science and proven experience.

Work distribution:

In one week, you will work two days as dental responsible (OA) and three days clinically, and in the other week, one day OA and four days clinically. If necessary, the schedule can be adjusted to two days as OA and three days clinically each week.

In clinical work, shifts are desirable, while you as OA have the freedom to manage your working hours. Participation in clinic and therapy meetings is mandatory.

Working hours: We work in shifts, alternating weeks morning shift 07:00 AM - 02:30 PM and alternating weeks evening shift 01:30 PM - 08:15 PM, as well as every other Saturday 08:30 AM - 05:15 PM.

(We also work on some public holidays but not on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day, Good Friday/Easter Eve, and Midsummer Eve/Midsummer Day).

The clinic has around 45 employees and 15 treatment rooms, as well as its own dental laboratory.
