Familjeläkarna in Storvreten is looking for a specialist physician with an interest in medical management responsibility and leadership.

Job Description

If you are a specialist in general medicine and have an interest in leadership, there is an opportunity for you to work with that with us. We are now looking for someone who is seeking new challenges and is passionate about coordinating and driving development forward.

If interested, there is an opportunity to coordinate and lead the operations together with the local management team based on jointly set goals and agreed resources in addition to your clinical work. You will have the opportunity to have some personnel and cost responsibility and drive development issues with support from central functions.

As a person, you have leadership experience and experience in healthcare. You see it as your natural responsibility to contribute to a positive work climate. We place great importance on good reception.

You are proactive, engaged, driven, and goal-oriented. You are also self-sufficient but have an easy time collaborating. You are clear in your communication and results-oriented. You are also skilled at administering, organizing, and leading development work.
