Vårdcentralen Norra Fäladen is undergoing strong development, where we improve our operations through a clear focus on education and a well-structured approach to best meet our patients' needs. Currently, we have about 10,800 registered patients. The healthcare center operates within the framework of health choice and is accredited for child healthcare.

We are about 45 employees, and our workgroup consists of specialists in general medicine, ST doctors, AT doctors, district nurses, nurses, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists. We have a dietitian connected to us remotely. In our premises, we have specialist clinics for diabetes and elderly care. We are also responsible for two nursing homes, Norrdala and Reimersdal. Additionally, we are part of Lund's first family center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome you who want to be part of our community and join the ST program with a focus on becoming a specialist in general medicine. Together with the study director, you will create an individual education plan tailored to the ST program and your previous experiences. The training includes continuous supervision.

In your role as an ST doctor, you will have both planned and acute outpatient work. You will be responsible for your own patient list and actively participate in the medical assessment of patients. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with other professional categories at the healthcare center.

At the unit, we believe it is important to continuously develop our employees and our operations. Our group of doctors collectively has a broad base of experience and competence. In the doctor group, we work, among other things, with an acute team where we have close collaboration and supervision. The doctor group meets daily for dedicated time for close cooperation. Additionally, there is ongoing work on operational development. Therefore, we want you to be interested in creative thinking and be part of the development work focused on providing our patients with the best possible care.

We strive to maintain a high level of patient safety and a good working environment, among other things, through regular joint meetings and internal training. Furthermore, we have a good collaboration within the doctor group and with other professional categories.

QUALIFICATIONS

Regarding formal requirements, you need to have completed AT or BT and be a licensed physician authorized to practice in Swedish healthcare, as well as have language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale.
