As a Property Manager at Muro, you will have daily contact with our tenants and work on maintaining and troubleshooting our properties.

The role is right for you if you enjoy working with others but also take responsibility for ensuring that your properties function well and that our tenants are satisfied.

Your main responsibilities:

• Planned maintenance and troubleshooting actions.
• Order and schedule minor work with contractors in the properties.
• Documentation in operation and maintenance systems as well as self-checks (e.g., fire protection, SBA).
• Support in regular operations and property services when needed – we help each other in the team.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a high school education and previous experience in property management with tenant contact, as well as good technical understanding and problem-solving skills.

Great emphasis will be placed on personality and ability to collaborate. You are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment while also having the drive and initiative to take responsibility for your tasks.

The role requires a B driver's license, computer skills, and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
