We are now looking for a property caretaker for Scandic Elmia.

What does the role entail?

As a property caretaker at Scandic, you are responsible for the daily maintenance of the hotel, which includes everything from lawn mowing and changing light bulbs to simple carpentry and property management. You also handle reports of issues from guests and colleagues, where your service mindset and ability to respond quickly make a significant difference. With a positive and solution-focused attitude, you create safety and comfort for everyone who stays with us. Structure, attention to detail, drive, and flexibility are important qualities; you have an eye for detail and enjoy being around people and collaborating. You report to a Property Manager.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a technical education and experience in property management. You have knowledge in one of the areas of electrical, plumbing, or control technology. Knowledge of fire safety and facility management training is desirable for the position. Additionally, you are computer literate and have good skills in both Swedish and English.

Information about the position:

The position is a temporary employment for occasional days as needed, with a good chance for summer work. The position may also include evenings and weekends as required.
