About the Role

As an industrial electrician, you will be a key person in ensuring the reliability of production. You will work with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and automation systems, as well as contribute to the commissioning and improvement of upcoming investments.

You will report to the site manager and collaborate closely with mechanics, production staff, and become part of a cohesive team that shares the responsibility for stable and efficient maintenance work.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repair of production equipment, sensors, and control systems
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Reporting of maintenance activities in MaintMaster
• Active participation in improvement and development projects

The working hours are daytime, but in the long term, work in two shifts or on-call may occur, depending on production needs.

Who Are We Looking For?

You have a background in electrical, automation, or industrial maintenance and thrive in an environment where you can take responsibility, solve problems, and contribute to development. You are meticulous, proactive, and cooperative – and want to be part of building a modern production facility.

Requirements:

• High school diploma in electrical/energy technology
• At least 2 years of experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar role
• Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance in an industrial environment
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Electrical authorization (BB1/BB2)
• Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar)
• Courses in lift, crane, electrical safety
• Experience in commissioning or machine startups

Experience from other manufacturing industries – such as wood, steel, paper, or energy – is also valuable.
