Do you want to work at a small cozy nursing home where you become part of a wonderful team where everyone helps each other?

Otium care and nursing home is located in the pleasant Björkekärr.

Here, 53 residents live in a beautiful environment with a garden and restaurant. We work closely together, both in the work group and with the manager, to ensure that each resident can live a dignified, safe, and meaningful life.

We have a salutogenic approach and always start from the healthy and from the individual's own resources. Our common drive is that every resident should feel that each day is valuable.

As an employee, you are an important part of the whole. You provide personal care, support, and encourage in everyday life and contribute to creating content and joy in daily life. Some tasks are performed on behalf of licensed personnel. The role also includes planning, implementing, documenting, and following up on care. All documentation is done digitally.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

About You

Requirements

• We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, can show the Socialstyrelsen certificate for protected professional title, or can show that you were employed as a nursing assistant when the new regulations were introduced
• You have experience working in care and nursing
• Computer skills to document in IT systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

In your role, you meet many people, which requires you to be able to work together with others to achieve common goals. You should be respectful, open in your meetings, and always have the residents' best interests in focus. The workday can sometimes be different than planned since you work with people, so you maintain calm, balance different demands, and reprioritize your tasks.
