About Us

We are looking for caregivers with a driving license for Redbergsvägen Södra home care!

We are centrally located in Gothenburg - easy to get here!

With us, you will work independently, close to people, and with digital tools as support in everyday life. The job involves providing care and support in people's homes, where you will travel both on foot and by car, so you need to have a B driver's license. You will be an important part of a team where we value community, good cooperation, and lots of laughter while doing meaningful work. Here you will have the chance to develop, take responsibility, and contribute your skills.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend. Documentation is done digitally, and you will, of course, receive training in our systems.

About You

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who is a trained caregiver, can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a caregiver when the new regulations were introduced.
• Ability to work on a schedule that includes days, evenings, and every other weekend.
• Since we document and communicate in Swedish, you need to be able to speak and write in Swedish.
• B driver's license and driving experience.

Meritorious

• Can cycle and are willing to use a bicycle in your work.
• Work experience in care and support.

Personal Qualities

Your role as a caregiver requires good teamwork skills as we work in teams to achieve common goals. You have a respectful manner, are open and positive in all your meetings, and have the best interests of the care recipients in focus. The workday can sometimes turn out differently than planned, so it is important to quickly prioritize tasks, remain calm, and have the ability to balance different demands.
